She returned to Zeynep Kâmil Training and Research Hospital, where she received her specialization, as a specialist physician in 2014. At Zeynep Kâmil Hospital, where he trained as an assistant for years, he transferred his knowledge and experience to many doctors who came to train as assistants like him. The infertility treatments he applied (insemination, in vitro fertilization, egg freezing), risky pregnancies he followed, births he performed, gynecological surgeries (open and closed), urogynecological surgeries and cancer research have been the subject of many articles published both in the country and abroad.

His studies, especially in the fields of infertility, in vitro fertilization and high-risk pregnancy, have attracted much attention from international authorities. His article published in Lancet, one of the most prestigious journals in the world, sheds light on many international research.

The file he prepared with the academic knowledge and experience he acquired until 2018, his publications and trainings was accepted by YÖK with 180 points, exceeding the minimum associate professorship criterion score of 100 points, and he was entitled to receive the title of Associate Professor.

During the pandemic period caused by the Corona virus, which entered our lives in 2020, he treated many covid-19 positive female patients in the Corona ward. In this process, which is quite unknown and variable for the medical world; Thanks to the many patients she has encountered, she has gained experience in “Covid in Pregnancy” and “Covid vaccines and treatments”.

During his time at Zeynep Kamil Hospital; With the happiness of giving the happy news to many families to whom he has treated many infertility and in vitro fertilization treatments, giving birth to thousands of pregnant women and bringing many patients back to health; He resigned from his position at Zeynep Kamil Hospital in 2021.

Assoc. Prof. is married and has 2 children. Dr. Çiğdem Yayla Monument; She continues to realize her dreams in the Istanbul Ataşehir gynecology clinic she owns. Currently, it provides services to many women both at home and abroad, especially in infertility treatments (insemination, in vitro fertilization), genital aesthetics, vaginismus, closed uterine and ovarian cyst surgeries, urinary incontinence surgeries, pregnancy follow-up and birth.
